Escrow & Refund Policy

Money is released to the seller when the buyer clicks Confirm Received, or when the 48-hour inspection period ends without a dispute and the admin confirms transfer. Money is refunded to the buyer when the seller does not transfer the asset, the asset is materially different from the listing, or the admin decides the dispute in the buyer's favour. Commission is not charged on refunded orders. The admin may ask both sides for screenshots, recordings and chat proof before deciding.
