An AdSense approved website is valuable only if its traffic and earnings are real. Ask the seller for Google Analytics access or a screen recording, and Google AdSense payment history for at least 3 months.
Check the domain on the Wayback Machine to see what the site was used for before. Check whether traffic comes from Google search or from bots and social spikes. Check the content — copied or AI-spam content can lose AdSense approval after you buy it.
